Cancellation Policy
At IPMS, we value your time and ours. Each service appointment requires careful planning — from assigning the right technician to preparing treatment materials in advance. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all our customers, we have a clear and strict cancellation policy.
Free Cancellation (With Notice)
1) Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not incur any charges.
2) This allows us to reallocate the slot to another client in need.
Late Cancellations
1) Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee.
2) This fee covers technician scheduling, travel arrangements, and resource allocation already made for your service
No‑Show Policy
1) If our technician arrives on site and is unable to access the premises (locked gates, unavailable contact person, or denied entry), the visit will be marked as completed.
2) A fresh appointment will need to be booked and billed separately.
